Club workshop - mobility for runners

Our next workshop for our club members will be a mobility workshop, looking at how we move and stay flexible for running. The workshop will be available for booking shortly and features a substantial discount for members.

Stretching Outdoors

Our race series...

As a club we recognise that many of our members and other local runners have to travel a long way for races and for those newer runners, this can be a daunting experience, so we will be hosting three races over the winter season.

Club members will get early bird entry and discount off entries 24hrs before the race goes to public entry. If you marshal at one of our races, you will receive one free race entry as a thank you!
